Honey We're Home

After a 14 and a half hour flight to Hong Kong and an hour and a half flight to Manila we finally arrived. (Under sniper of course, joking only.) The air was thick with humidity and hotter than I remembered. Nonetheless we were glad to arrive at our new home. We were warmly welcomed by our friends from Calvary Chapel Manila. Saying our hellos we got our stuff in the van and headed off into the crowed streets for the church. Soon we arrived at the church, unpacked our stuff and began to settle in. From time to time Erin has talked about our home back in the states. I have to remind her that this is our home now. Please lift us up in prayer as we continue to adjust to the jet lag, the climate and the culture. Sunday night we will be heading down to San Miguel Island, to help with Kid’s camp, May 6th through May 10th. We would greatly appreciate your prayers both for the children attending the camp and for the workers. We will update the blog again after returning from Kid’s Camp.
